Refund Policy

At JJ’s Family Vending, we strive to deliver quality snacks and beverages through clean, reliable vending machines. If something goes wrong with your purchase, we’re here to help.
 

Eligible Refund Situations

We will gladly issue a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Product did not dispense after payment

  • Incorrect product was dispensed

  • Damaged or expired product was dispensed

  • Double charges or other payment errors
     

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please provide the following:

  1. The location of the vending machine

  2. Approximate date and time of the issue

  3. A brief description of what happened

  4. Your name and contact information

  5. A photo of the product (if expired please include expiration date)

Please contact us within 7 days of the incident through one of the following methods:​

Refund Method

Refunds will typically be issued via:

  • Electronic payment (e.g., Venmo, PayPal)

Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
 

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Products consumed before the issue was reported
